Therapy for insightful intellectualizers and achievers stuck trying to solve their emotions and behaviors — telehealth across Pennsylvania.
When thinking gets in the way of feeling.
The PatternYou're insightful, high-functioning, and exhausted by patterns you can name perfectly: overthinking, guilt, people-pleasing, perfectionism, chronic caretaking. Naming them hasn't been enough.
Somewhere along the way, you fused with the idea that there's a right way to feel, to respond, to be. So you kept searching: more insight, more strategies, more language for your nervous system.
You don't need more. You need a path back to yourself.
Mind-Body Integration moves you toward the body, the sensation, the signal, not away from it. Because emotions are not problems to solve.
We're redefining the goal. Not to feel better, manage, regulate, overcome, solve, outsmart, optimize, or improve. Instead: to feel, expand, metabolize, allow, process, accept, embody, and integrate.
You'll get the actual science and theory behind what's happening in your body, not a workaround. The goal is to route that understanding into the body, not stack it as more knowledge.
Real-time practice in session, learning to be with what your body is telling you, instead of analyzing it, explaining it, or managing it into place.
Once you can feel the signal, we practice moving from it with timing, pacing, and creativity, instead of scripting the right thing to say or do.
Mind-Body Integration Therapy for Intellectualizers and Overthinkers in PA
Close to fifteen years bridging cognitive science, affective neuroscience, and clinical practice. Experience with anxiety, OCD, parenting, neurodivergence, and trauma.
My approach integrates science with deep attunement, helping people move beyond emotional and analytical strategies and into embodiment. I draw on Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and my Signal Attunement Framework, grounded in affective neuroscience and trauma research. Together, we work toward a steadier, more compassionate relationship with yourself, so it feels less like managing who you are and more like living from who you are. It's a privilege to be invited into that process, and I strive to create a space where people feel deeply witnessed, supported, and cared for.
I work outside of insurance so that your care stays private, you don't need a diagnosis to begin, and we can shape the work around you: session length, pace, and approach. This is depth work, and it doesn't fit neatly into a symptom-reduction model.
Out-of-network reimbursement. If you'd like to seek reimbursement, I can provide a monthly superbill. Insurers require a diagnosis to reimburse, so this means a diagnosis is shared with your plan. Coverage varies; some plans limit frequency or reimburse only part of longer sessions. Please check your out-of-network benefits before we begin. Reimbursement isn't guaranteed.
Good Faith Estimate. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services before you schedule. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your estimate, you can dispute it. To request an estimate, email me. To learn more about your rights, visit cms.gov/nosurprises.
A brief consult call is the easiest way to find out if this is a fit — no pressure, no pitch.
